The iPhone 5S is the most complete smartphone. What do you think?

But is it the best smartphone, period? Let's take a look:

Design: There's plenty in the iPhone 5S that's familiar. You're getting the same four-inch screen with the same resolution as the iPhone 5. The new iPhone has the same connector (Lightning port) and similar battery life (10 to 20 hours under normal conditions). Out of the box, the iPhone 5S is an attractive, meticulously engineered phone. It's thin, it's light, it's quality. Mostly. The iPhone 5 was a magnet for nicks and scratches, and the iPhone 5S is no different.

Speed: At this point, it would be hard to make the iPhone feel radically faster or smoother than it already is. The biggest compliment that can be paid to the iPhone 5S is that it can handle all the new features in iOS 7 without missing a beat.

Touch ID: The most noticeable addition to the iPhone 5S is the fingerprint sensor. But the immediate payoff of the fingerprint sensor is minor. For the time being, you can only unlock your phone and purchase apps with it. 

Camera: For the iPhone 5S, Apple made a solid improvement to an already good camera, with excellent low-light handling.

As you will see from my attached curriculum vitae, I am a 24- year-old Business Management major from Tecnologico de Monterrey. I have studied English extensively at school, I also studied in Canada for two months. I am taking  private classes at the moment to perfect the language.

Since entering the university, I have worked my parent’s company. My current position is Assistant Supervisor. My responsabilities are paying employees, checking worker conditions and assigning tasks. In addition, I recently worked in Kidzania,  in Santiago, Chile as an intern. During my stay I worked in Sales, contacting potencial customers and offering promotions.

I am interested in this position because I will obtain experience and skills to grow profesionality. I have experience in managing people and can be an asset to your company.

Reflection

Firstly, I would you like to say that this is my first subject where the teaching strategy is different from the one that students have received traditionally. This method allows the students and teacher to be as one, consequently, allowing for a greater interaction among the group. In spite of this advantage I feel it hasn´t been too useful in my particular case because I consider myself a reserved person and the activities and the workload has been a little difficult.

Due to the fact that I am not familiar or accustomed to this strategy, I have had to take private classes to improve on areas like speaking as well as general performance and keep up. In addition, the workload from my other subjects has not allowed me to spend more time on the training software and extra listening practices. On the other hand, this course has allowed me to have a higher awareness in areas of improvement.

In conclusion, this reflection has helped me identify my weaker areas and my strengths. This means that I can make a bigger effort, improving my general English level while also making the most of what this course has to offer me. Finally, this course will assist me in finding a good job in the near future.
